Mountain Paws Pet Care

Welcome to Mountain Paws Pet Care. By booking, scheduling, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

Mountain Paws Pet Care provides professional pet care services including:

  • Dog Walking
  • Pet Check-In Visits
  • Overnight In-Home Pet Sitting
  • Pet Transportation
  • Custom Pet Care Services

Service availability is subject to scheduling and location.

2. Booking & Payments

  • All services must be booked in advance through our website or approved booking channels.
  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
  • Monthly memberships are billed automatically every 30 days.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
  • Membership visits canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be deducted from the monthly plan.

4. Membership Plans

  • Memberships renew automatically every 30 days.
  • Clients may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle.
  • No refunds are issued for unused visits.
  • Visits reset monthly and do not roll over.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate pet information, including medical conditions and behavioral concerns.
  • Ensure pets are properly secured and accessible at the time of service.
  • Provide necessary supplies such as food, leashes, medication, and instructions.

6. Pet Behavior & Safety

Mountain Paws Pet Care reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if a pet displays aggressive, dangerous, or unsafe behavior.

Owners must disclose any history of aggression, anxiety, medical conditions, or special handling requirements.

7. Emergency Veterinary Care Authorization

In case of emergency, the client authorizes Mountain Paws Pet Care to seek veterinary treatment for their pet.

All veterinary and medical costs are the responsibility of the client.

8. Liability Waiver

Mountain Paws Pet Care is not liable for:

  • Illness, injury, escape, or death of pets due to causes beyond our control
  • Pre-existing medical conditions
  • Property damage caused by pets

Clients agree to hold Mountain Paws Pet Care harmless except in cases of proven gross negligence.

9. Home Access & Property

Clients grant permission for Mountain Paws Pet Care to enter their property for the purpose of providing scheduled services.

Mountain Paws Pet Care is not responsible for damages caused by pets within the home.

10. Photos & Media

Clients authorize Mountain Paws Pet Care to take photos of pets for service updates and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

11. Privacy

All client data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
