Do I have to be home?
No. Most of our clients are at work. Leave the gate unlocked or give us a code and you will get a photo of the latched gate when we leave.
What happens in winter?
We keep going. Fresh snow gets a lighter sweep and we come back on the thaw at no extra charge, because that is when a season of it surfaces at once.
Do you take the waste with you?
Yes. Everything leaves with us and is disposed of off your property. Nothing goes in your bin unless you ask us to.
Can my dog be outside during the visit?
Fine by us if your dog is friendly. Tell us in the notes and we will say hello. If your dog would rather not, we work around the schedule you give us.
How do I pause or cancel?
Text or email before your next service day. There is no contract, no cancellation fee, and no charge for weeks you pause.
Is it sanitary between yards?
Yes. Tools are sanitized between every property, and we can add an enzyme deodorizer treatment to any visit.
