We proudly serve the Roaring Fork Valley, including Aspen, Snowmass, Basalt, Carbondale, Glenwood Springs, and surrounding areas.
3. Do you require a minimum walk time?
Yes. Our minimum dog walking service is 30 minutes. Clients can choose 30, 45, 60 minutes, or extended adventure walks.
4. Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. We operate with professional liability insurance and follow strict safety procedures to protect your pet and your home.
5. Will I receive updates about my pet?
Absolutely. We provide photo and activity updates after each visit so you can stay informed and confident your pet is well cared for.
6. What if my pet has special needs or medication?
No problem. We handle special care requests, including medication administration, senior pet care, and custom routines. Please include all details during booking.
7. What happens in case of emergency?
In case of a medical emergency, we will contact you immediately and transport your pet to your designated veterinarian or the nearest emergency clinic.
8. What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows are charged in full. Overnight stays require 48-hour notice.

You can provide keys, smart locks, garage codes, or secure entry instructions. All access information is kept strictly confidential.

13. Do you walk dogs in all weather?
We operate in most weather conditions. In extreme or unsafe weather, we may modify or reschedule services for safety.
