At Mountain Paws Pet Care, we value your time and ours. This Cancellation Policy ensures fairness, scheduling efficiency, and consistent service quality.


1. Standard Appointments

  • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.
  • No-shows will be charged in full.

2. Membership Appointments

  • Appointments booked under a monthly membership must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of the scheduled visit, with no replacement or credit.
  • Unused visits do not roll over to the next billing cycle.

3. Overnight & Extended Services

  • Overnight stays and extended services (2+ hours) require 48 hours notice for cancellation.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled service will be charged 100% of the booking total.

4. Holidays & Peak Dates

  • Services booked on holidays or peak seasons require 72 hours notice.
  • Late cancellations during these periods will be charged 100%.

5. Weather Conditions

Services operate in most weather conditions. Extreme weather that makes service unsafe may result in rescheduling or service modification at no penalty.


6. Emergency Situations

We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible. Management reserves the right to waive fees in verified emergency cases.


7. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable once a service is completed. Refunds are not provided for unused membership visits.


8. Policy Acceptance

By booking any service, clients agree to this Cancellation Policy.
