Mountain Paws Pet Care

This Pet Care Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Mountain Paws Pet Care (“Provider”) and the client (“Client”) for the purpose of providing professional pet care services.
By booking services, the Client agrees to the terms outlined below.
1. Services Provided
Mountain Paws Pet Care provides professional pet care services, including but not limited to:
- Dog Walking
- Pet Check-In Visits
- Overnight In-Home Pet Sitting
- Pet Transportation
- Custom Pet Care Services
All services are provided according to the scheduled booking and service description.
2. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete information regarding the pet’s health, behavior, medications, allergies, and special needs.
- Inform Mountain Paws Pet Care of any history of aggression, anxiety, escape attempts, or medical conditions.
- Provide all necessary supplies including food, treats, medication, leashes, harnesses, waste bags, and access to the home.
- Ensure pets are properly secured and accessible at the scheduled service time.
Failure to disclose relevant information may result in service termination without refund.
3. Health & Emergency Veterinary Authorization
In the event of illness or injury, the Client authorizes Mountain Paws Pet Care to obtain veterinary care at the Client’s expense.
The Client agrees to be fully responsible for all veterinary costs, transportation fees, and related expenses.
Mountain Paws Pet Care will make reasonable efforts to contact the Client and emergency contact prior to seeking medical treatment.
4. Aggressive or Dangerous Pets
Mountain Paws Pet Care reserves the right to immediately terminate services if a pet displays aggressive, threatening, or unsafe behavior.
No refunds will be provided for services terminated due to dangerous behavior.
5. Liability Waiver
The Client agrees to hold Mountain Paws Pet Care harmless from any liability, damage, loss, or expense arising from the care of the Client’s pet, including but not limited to:
- Injury
- Illness
- Escape
- Death
- Property damage
Except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct.
6. Home Access & Property
The Client grants permission for Mountain Paws Pet Care to enter the Client’s home for the purpose of providing scheduled services.
Mountain Paws Pet Care is not responsible for damages caused by the pet within the home or property.
7. Keys, Entry Codes & Security
The Client agrees to provide accurate access information and ensure proper entry. Mountain Paws Pet Care will take reasonable care to safeguard keys and access codes.
8. Photos & Media Authorization
The Client authorizes Mountain Paws Pet Care to take photos or videos of the pet for service updates and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
9. Service Interruptions
Mountain Paws Pet Care is not responsible for service delays or cancellations caused by extreme weather, unsafe conditions, natural disasters, emergencies, or events beyond reasonable control.
10. Payment & Billing
Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed. Monthly memberships are billed automatically every 30 days.
All fees are non-refundable once services have been performed.
11. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must follow the official Cancellation Policy posted on our website. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged in full.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
13. Agreement Acceptance
By booking services, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Pet Care Service Agreement.
